- Your ear impression appointment will take about 10 minutes.
- Ear impressions are taken BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
- If you have 5 or more people interested in Hearing Halos products, we can do on-site ear impressions wherever it is convenient for you.

- You should bring your completed order form to your appointment. Click HERE for the order form. You may also fill out this form electronically and send via email prior to your appointment.
- Your Hearing Halos will arrive in your mail box in about 4 weeks from when you have your impressions made or they can also be available for pick up. Shipping and handling is $10.00.
- *Any remakes or modifications can be made within 30 days.
